Migrating Thunderbird to a new machine

1. install Thunderbird on the new machine
2. run it once, don't configure anything, exit as soon as possible (this step might not be needed)
3. from the old computer copy the whole directory C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Thunderbird to the new machine
4. start Thunderbird, no need to configure anything
